Employee Injured When Crane Tipped Over

Employee #1 was operating a crane while not within the manufacturer's specifications. The crane was used to lift a load heavier than allowed by the manufacturer's load charts. When the load was swung over the side of the crane, it tipped over. Employee #1 fell, fracturing his leg. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injury.
