TWO EMPLOYEES INJURED IN FALL FROM PLATFORM

Employees #1 and #2, both electricians, were working on an elevated mini lift platform. The platform was elevated approximately 123 inches above the ground. Another employee was using a Bobcat loader to lift and move a metal road plate at a demolition site. While driving the bobcat loader he struck against the platform which was occupied by Employees #1 and #2. The platform fell over onto its side as a result of the impact. Employee #1 sustained a fractured foot and Employee #2 sustained a fractured hip. Both employees required hospitalization for their injuries.
