Employee is trapped and injured under fallen gate

At approximately 2:00 a.m. on September 13, 2004, an employee arrived at work early. He was opening the gate to the plant when the hinge of the gate broke. The gate fell on top of the employee. A coworker arrived and saw the employee trapped under the gate, and summoned help. The employee was hospitalized with two broken legs and a contusion to his head.
