Employee injured when pinned by falling lumber

Employee #1 was using a 10-wheel flatbed truck to deliver a house pack of lumber to a construction site. He had undone the first of two straps on the truck and was working on the second strap when it released prematurely. The lumber fell from the truck , crushing Employee #1 and pinning him against the ground. Employee #1 was seen by a passerby approximately 20 minutes after the accident occurred.
