Two employees injured in fall from scaffold

On June 19, 2002, Employees #1 and #2 were working on a wooden bracket scaffold, approximately 4 ft above the ground, installing a wooden beam cornice onto the eaves of a one-story residential structure. Employees #1 and #2 lost control of the beam. The beam fell and struck Employees #1 and #2. They fell off the scaffold, suffering abrasions and contusions. Employees #1 and #2 were not hospitalized.
