Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:10 p.m. on June 7, 2002, an employee of Sanburn Construction Corp. was framing the wall of a house under construction He was working at a height of about 12 feet when he stepped on a 2-in. by 4-in. board that had been placed between a beam over the garage door and the wall frame. The board broke and the worker fell causing his injuries. He was treated for a contusion on his head and multiple contusions on his back.
