Employee falls from roof

On August 16, 2001, Employee #1 was working at a housing tract. The employer did not provide or require the use of any method of fall protection for employees working on roofs. Employee #1 fell from an unguarded roof over 20 ft to the concrete. Employee #1 suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized.
