Investigation Summary
At approximately 3:00 p.m. on November 13, 2001, an employee, employed by the Berkeley Unified School District Berkeley High School, fell from a fix metal ladder approximately 20 feet onto a concrete floor. The employee was climbing down from the roof at the projection room of the Community Theater. The employee was hospitalized and diagnosed, and treated for bilateral fractures of both ankles.
