Employee Is Injured in Fall in Home Under Construction

Employee #1 was working in a residential home under construction when he tripped and fell against a 2-inch by 4-inch top rail. The wood broke and the employee fell approximately 10 feet 6 inches from the second floor to the ground. He fractured his right foot and ankle, his right hand and elbow, and was hospitalized for 4 days.
