Employee killed when run over by forklift

At 1:55 a.m. on April 5, 1997, Employee #1, an electrician, was walking toward a building called the production complex. At the same time, a lift driver was moving a bundle of 1 by 6 by 10 lumber from the 1 in. assembly area. The driver was backing up the lift truck with the load trailing; he was looking in the direction and path of travel when the vehicle struck and killed Employee #1.
