Employee Killed in Fall from Rooftop

On August 28, 1997, an employee was on the roof of a three-story building. While using a T-beam hoist to lower a 200-pound propane tank, he fell from the building. The injured employee was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:30 p.m.
