Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:00 A.M. on October 31, 2000, Employee #1 was found at his desk unconscious by a co-worker. The co-worker notified management who called the local fire department. The fire department contacted the Medical Examiner's Office and left the site. The coroner from the Medical Examiner's Office came and declared Employee #1 dead. Employee #1 was a Senior Accountant working at a bank when he died.
