Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On May 17, 2005, Employee #1, with Timberwolf Log Structures, Inc., was on an extension ladder painting the interior of a newly-constructed home. As he reached out to apply paint onto a wall, the ladder slipped out from under him, and he fell 14 ft. A coworker heard a loud noise; upon investigation, the coworker found Employee #1 on the floor. He was transported to Washoe Hospital, where he was admitted for treatment of fractures to his leg, wrist, and pelvis.
