Employee Injurs Finger in Accident

On July 13, 2010 a report was filed on a workplace accident, which occurred on October 23, 2007 at a sewage treatment plant. On October 23, 2007 Employee #1 sustained an injury when his left ring finger was caught between a moving belt and pulley on the Air Pollution Control reactor deck foul air blower. Employee #1 sustained a partial amputation and surgical reattachment of the finger tip on the day of the injury. Employee #1 underwent surgical amputation of his left finger tip on June 15, 2010 as a result of this earlier injury.
