Employee Breaks Leg When Struck by Material

On March 10, 2004, an employee was moving palletized materials with a fork lift at his employer's facility. He made a right turn while backing up and backed into a piece of material that was suspended in the air and the material struck his leg. He was hospitalized with a broken right leg.
