Employee Falls 15 Feet to Ground Fracturing Hip

An employee was working on a scaffold when he dropped a clamp, which bounced over to another structure outside the scaffold. When he went to retrieve the clamp, he stepped onto the other structure. The structure collapsed and the victim fell 15 feet to the ground. The employee suffered a fractured hip.
