Employee fell off ladder on scissor lift and broke both legs

At approximately 11:15 a.m. on July 14, 2004, an employee was climbing up the ladder to the aircraft scissor lift. When he reached the top, both of his hands slipped off the ladder rung. He fell approximately 20 feet to the ground and broke both legs. He was hospitalized.
