Employee's eye lacerated when struck by drop light

At about 10:30 a.m. on February 21, 2004, Employee #1 was checking for leaks under a fire apparatus. While Employee #1 was trying to change the position of his body, he had a drop light in one hand. The light slipped out of his hand and the light's hook struck him to the eye. He sustained laceration of his eye and was hospitalized.
