Employee Fractures Leg in Fall from Ladder

At approximately 4:30 a.m. on September 16, 2003, an employee was coming down from the top of a ladder. There was another ladder along side that went to grade. He tried to step over to the other ladder along side and lost his balance. The employee fell to grade, fracturing his legs and a collapsed lung. He was hospitalized.
