Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was delivering a package to a house with no one home. Employee #1 dropped the package over the gate but heard it break open as it landed on the concrete. Employee #1 climbed a five foot fence to try to close the box but his foot snagged the vine that covered the fence. Employee #1 fell head first but broke his fall with his left hand and he landed on his left side over his hand which caused his left lung to collapse. Employee #1 was treated but was not hospitalized.
