Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on February 24, 2003, Employee #1, a carpenter, was working with another employee on the roof of a wood framed house under construction. Employee #1 was trimming the wood fascia at the edge of the roof. He fell off of the roof to the ground and was killed.
