Employee injured in falll from rolling scaffold

On February 11, 2003, Employee #1, a taper for California Drywall, was applying plaster and taping the newly installed drywall sheets on the ceiling. He was standing on a rolling scaffold, about 5 ft and 3 in. high when he stepped off the scaffold and fell to the lobby floor. He sustained a head laceration and a skull fracture. He was not hospitalized.
