Investigation Summary
On January 27, 2003, Employee #1 and a coworker were replacing a broken glass of a window installed in a house under construction. While bringing down the broken glass from the window using the metal scaffold built around and outside the house, Employee #1 fell approximately 7 ft to the ground between the scaffold and the building as he was backing up to the end of the scaffold. He was seriously injured.
