Employee injured after slipping and falling

On November 12, 2001, Employee #1 was working with a coworker unloading bags from a cart onto a belt conveyor on a rainy day. The belt was under a roof but the pavement was still wet. Employee #1 was pulling a bag from the cart when she slipped, fell backwards, and tried to stop her fall with her hands and her right leg. Employee #1 twisted her ankle and tore some ligaments in her right knee. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
