Employee Is Struck by Vehicle and Is Killed

At approximately 12:48 p.m. on June 27, 2006, Employee #1 had parked a truck he was driving to assist with another job when he noticed the truck was rolling down the hill. Employee #1 ran after the vehicle and attempted to enter the driver's side by pulling on the steering wheel when he was pinned between the truck and a pole. Employee #1 was killed.
