Employee Is Killed When Crushed Between Tractor and Trailer

On August 23, 2006, Employee #1, an agricultural tractor driver, was instructed to bring an empty trailer from a main road to a field location. While attempting to connect the trailer to the agricultural tractor, Employee #1 became crushed between the tractor and the trailer and was killed.
