Employee's Finger Is Amputated in Machine Roller

Employee #1 was greasing the C-3 roller on a machine. As he was removing excess grease from the roller, it caught his gloved hand and pulled his hand into the machine. His right middle finger was amputated at the first knuckle, and he was hospitalized with his injury.
