Employee Fractures Skull in Fall from Ladder

On December 8, 2005, Employee #1 was standing on an 8-ft portable metal ladder, rewiring the speaker system in a high school auditorium. He was injured when he fell and struck his head, back, and shoulder. He was hospitalized for a fractured skull.
