Employee Fractures Pelvis in Fall from Step Stool

On November 8, 2005, Employee #1 was standing on a step stool and placing missing books on a library shelf. Employee #1 stepped off the step stool and fell to the ground, fracturing his pelvis. He was hospitalized.
