Employee Fractures Leg When Struck by Tractor

On September 12, 2005, an employee was harvesting melons. He did not notice a tractor-trailer backing-up, which struck him, fracturing his lower leg. The employee was taken to a hospital where his leg was splinted. The injury did not require hospitalization.
