Employee Is Killed When Pinned Between Trailer and Pole

On November 2, 2005, Employee #1 stepped outside of a manufacturing facility to make a cell phone call. He was standing in the parking lot next to a 4-foot high crash pole, when a flat-bed trailer backed out of the loading dock and pinned him against the crash pole. He suffered internal injuries and was killed.
