Employee's Finger Amputated by Saw

Employee #1 was assisting an Altendorf F-45 table saw operator cutting wood for cabinets. After the wood was cut, Employee #1 tossed wood chips to the operator. Employee #1's glove came into contact with the saw blade amputating his right index finger at the second knuckle, and lacerated his thumb and middle finger. Employee #1 was a relatively new employee who had not been trained.
