Employee Falls Off Ladder and Breaks Hand

Employee #1 was coming down a step ladder when she lost her footing and fell approximately 1.5 ft off the ladder. As Employee #1 was falling, she placed her right hand out and broke her wrist and thumb, and suffered compound fractures of the ulna and radius. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
