Employee Fractures Vertrabrae in Fall from Ladder

On March 22, 2005, Employee #1 was working on the number 3 air handling unit. He was using a ladder to gain access to its top. As he stepped from the ladder to the top of the unit, he fell approximately 12 feet. He sustained four fractured vertebrae in the fall. He was hospitalized.
