Superintendent injured in fall from beam

On April 23, 2003, Employee #1, a superintendent, was standing on a header to set beams. While maneuvering a beam with a coworker, Employee #1 fell 11 ft 3 in. onto a concrete slab. He was hospitalized for a fractured right foot and hip.
