At 2:45 p.m. on June 20, 2001, Employee #1 was working for Greg Minor Construction. Employee #1 fell approximately 9 feet while working at a residential construction site in Chula Vista, California. Employee #1 suffered a broken left wrist and head injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital by emergency medical responders and hospitalized.
