Investigation Summary
On June 28, 2001, Employee #1 was on a ladder hanging drywall at a residential construction site when he lost his balance and fell 16 to 18 ft onto the concrete floor. He suffered a fractured rib, a punctured lung, and fractures to his right leg and right arm. Employee #1 was transported to Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, CA, where he was hospitalized for three days.
