Employee injured ankle while working at costruction site

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on July 13, 2001, an employee working for Labor Ready, Located at 2884 University Ave. San Diego CA. was working at a construction site. While walking across the job site he tripped and fell, injuring his right ankle. The employee was transported by paramedics to Scripps Hospital in La Jolla, CA, where he remained for three days.
