Investigation Summary
On February 13, 2001, Employee #1, an employee of TBS Irrigation Products and Labor Ready, had a laceration on his middle finger on his left hand while operating a table saw. Labor Ready is a contract employment agency and the primary employer of Employee #1. The accident was reported on February 13 by a representative of Labor Ready.
