Employee Fractures Leg in Fall from Extension Ladder

On January 4, 2012, Employee # 1 was using an "Extension" ladder to store cardboard boxes on an overhead loft. He stepped onto the loft from the ladder, and he slipped and fell about 7 feet to the concrete slab floor. Employee # 1 suffered a broken left leg. The accident was reported to the Santa Rosa DOSH district office on January 5, 2012.
