Employee Died of Heart Attack

Employee #1 was attending chainsaw safety training. Employee #1 was riding in a truck that got stuck in snow and ice while going from the classroom to a field training site. Employee #1 started to walk up a steep grad in 10-degree Fahrenheit weather and walked a distance of less than 100 yards. Employee #1 was given ride in another vehicle. Employee #1 was feeling ill and short of breath and became unresponsive. Employee #1 was transported by ambulance to the hospital where he died of heart failure.
