Investigation Summary
Employer #1 was working as a feller buncher operator for E.C. Logging. He cut a tree that had fallen on the skidder when the back cut was finished. The tree fell to the ground and a smaller tree, that was lodged on the larger felled tree, became lose and snapped back. It struck Employee #1 on the head and he was killed.
