Employee injured when forklift overturns

Employee #1 was operating a forklift when the vehicle tipped over while he was turning. He tried to jump clear but became caught under the machine, sustaining serious injuries. The forklift was found to be defective, and the defect may have contributed to the lift's instability while turning.
