Employee Was Punctured In His Neck- Fork Lift Overturned

Employee #1, a clerk in the warehouse, was killed when the fork lift overturned. He lowered the rolls of wire mesh. Employee #1 was punctured in his neck and was later found dead between the floor and the cabin of the fork lift.
