Three employees are killed by falling boom

On July 14, 1999, Employees #1, #2 and #3 were elevated 280-feet by a crane, and in a man basket. Employees #1, 2 and 3 were attempting to guide a large section of roof lifted by another crane into place. The crane bearing the load (section of roof) lost control of the load and it collapsed on to the man basket causing the boom to fall and crush the employees. Employee #1, 2 and 3 were killed in the accident.
