FALL FROM ELEVATION

EMPLOYEE FELL 20 FEET FROM ATOP A SCAFFOLD. HE WAS CARRYING A BUCKET OF CONCRETE TO A BLOCKLAYER WHEN THE ROPE ATTACHED TO THE BUCKET AND WAS TRAILING ON THE SCAFFOLD, CAUGHT ON AN OBJECT CAUSING EMPLOYEE TO LOSE HIS BALANCE AND FALL OFF TOP OF SCAFFOLD TO THE GROUND.
