EMPLOYEE DIED OF HEART ATTACK

ON FEBRUARY 14, 1986, AT APPROXIMATELY 2:15 PM, EMPLOYEE #1 WAS TALKING TO HIS FOREMAN. THE FOREMAN TURNED TOWARDS EMPLOYEE #1 AND SAW HIM ON THE GROUND. AT THIS POINT IT APPEARED THAT EMPLOYEE #1 HAD TRIPPED, HIT HIS HEAD ON THE CONCRETE FOOTING AND WENT INTO CONVULSIONS. HOWEVER, THE MEDICAL EXAMINER'S REPORT STATED THAT CAUSE OF DEATH WAS NATURAL, AND NOT WORK RELATED. THE CAUSE OF DEATH WAS CARDIAC ARREST CAUSED BY LONG TERM HARDENING OF THE ARTERIES.
