EMPLOYEE DIED FROM EXPOSURE TO TOXIC CHEMICALS

An employee conducting housekeeping operations was using trichloroethylene and taking Tylenol (acetaminophen). He died due to liver failure resulting from the Tylenol, possibly from the combined effects with trichloroethylene.
