EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ON A SATURDAY. HE APPARENTLY WAS CURIOUS ABOUT SOME CONSTRUCTION WORK WHICH WAS UNDERWAY ON TOP OF AN EGG COOLER. THE EMPLOYEE CLIMBED UP TO THE TOP OF THE COOLER. HE BEGAN LOOKING AROUND AND AND FOR SOME REASON FELL OFF. HE WAS KILLED.
