Employee killed in fall from ladder

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on June 11, 1993, Employee #1 was attempting to climb a ladder to the roof of a building 27 ft from ground level. At approximately the 12 ft level he fell from the ladder and suffered fatal injuries. He was transported by EMS to Frye Regional Medical Center and the emergency room physician pronounced him dead at approximately 9:10 a.m.
